Five Easy Way to Order
We accept VISA and Mastercard, checks or money orders. All funds must be in U.S. dollars. With all orders, please include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Your privacy is very important to you and to us. Any information (i.e. telephone numbers, addresses, requests for information on products you use, etc.) requested during the order process is used only to serve you better. This information is kept strictly confidential. This information may be used to update you of changes in our web site or to recommend new products which, based upon your responses, may be of interest to you. We do not sell or share our customer lists, or any customer information, with any other companies not associated with NPR Healthcare. Your suggestions are always welcome on how we may serve you better in the future.
Shipment of Orders
Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within one to two business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of order receipt via ground service within the United States. Other shipping options for expedited delivery are available upon request. Please use your street address when placing orders, as deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes. Delivery to international locations requires special shipping arrangements. Prices, Availability, and Required Tax
Prices listed are subject to change without notice. NPR Healthcare is not responsible for prices charged for our products at retail centers (physician's offices, hospitals, clinics, etc.) and prices may vary. We will make every effort to maintain our products in stock for your immediate service. However, unforeseen delays may occur from time to time. Existing in-stock items will be shipped to fill partial orders and out-of-stock items may be backordered. In this case, you will be notified accordingly. Completion of the order will be made upon obtaining the necessary out-of-stock items at our warehouse and shipment will be made without additional cost of shipping and handling.
Payment

By placing a purchase order, you are authorizing NPR Healthcare to debit or credit your charge account or checking account accordingly for payment of items ordered.
Returns or Substitutions
NPR Healthcare cannot accept returns of any products once delivery has been made except in the case of damaged-in-shipment merchandise. This is necessary to maintain quality inventory. In order that customers may test our products prior to purchase, we do offer some products, where indicated, in a trial size. A charge, including shipping and handling, may apply as necessary to cover the expense of the trial size products.
